1. Eligibility for Return
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories (charger, cables, etc.).
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Items without original packaging/accessories.
- Products purchased under special clearance or “final sale” offers.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- In such cases, MediaTech will arrange free return shipping.
