1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories (charger, cables, etc.).
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
  • Items without original packaging/accessories.
  • Products purchased under special clearance or “final sale” offers.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
  • In such cases, MediaTech will arrange free return shipping.
